Bio EMA

Bio EMA is made by esterification of 100% renewable ethanol and methacrylic acid. It can be used as a reactive building block for homo- and copolymers in a wide range of polymer systems, as a reactive diluent in UV-curable formulations to control viscosity and functionality and as a key component in adhesives, paints, inks, resins, sealants, and coatings. It can also serve as an intermediate in the synthesis of pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and specialty chemicals.
